I didn’t get sick but I didn’t feel as comfortable as I would’ve liked eating here. I called ahead and the person I talked to seemed like he knew what he understood cross contamination. When I got there the cashier wasn’t confident at all. When I asked if they used a separate strainer for the gluten free noodles she said she thinks all the noodles were gluten free so it wouldn’t be an issue. All the noodles could have been gluten free but I wasn’t convinced. I got a Thai peanut dish over rice and it was really good. Didn’t notice any symptoms but would’ve liked definitive answers when I was there about safety.
I go here about once a week and love it. One thing I will say - I would stick to rice dishes. I think there’s a chance of cross contamination if you get noodle dishes, because some of their noodles are rice and some are wheat. Rice-based dishes, on the other hand, have a higher chance of being safe. I get the vegetable curry and tom yum soup every time and really enjoy it.
