Prior to eating here I inquired about their gluten free options. I was told by the owner all food was gluten free. I began looking at the menu and noticed sliders served on wheat buns. I asked the owner again about this and told him wheat buns = gluten, so the food is not 100% gluten free. I asked if the kitchen had a separate cool space for gluten free food prep and how they prevented cross contamination. The owner told me I was looking at an old menu and provided me another menu, which was in fact the same menu I was looking at, with sliders listed. I don’t feel this owner is educated in regards to gluten or cross contamination. Does not feel safe, I did not choose to eat here.
