I told the staff I could have no gluten and no dairy and our waiter literally went through the entire menu and told me what was safe or not. He was very knowledgable. He even gave me alternatives for dishes that weren’t safe without me even asking (lettuce wrap instead of bun, a sauce w/out soy etc). I’m not celiac (just intolerant) so I didn’t ask about cc or dedicated prep areas so I can’t speak to that piece but I felt like they really took my intolerances seriously. I highly recommend.
