Very knowledgeable! Great BBQ option and delicious! The brisket and pulled pork were GF, and they mentioned they had other GF options. They let us look at the labels for the potato salad and baked beans to confirm they were GF. They mentioned by saying GF they use a separate pan if needed to prepare.
