Goi Cuon

I love this place! In addition to Vietnamese food often being naturally gluten free, the proprietor and his assistant care. They tell me what I can and cannot eat! I even questioned them on one item and they broke it down for me. I am not celiac. The pho is delicious and the fresh spring rolls are ultra fresh as they are made and then immediately served.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

food was pretty good, but gf wise i was a little scared to eat here. server did not know what gluten was- after i informed her of my gluten allergy she told me she could take out the rice noodles. pho is usually naturally gf so i risked it and instead asked her if they put soy sauce in any of the spring roll dipping sauces or soups- she said no. no reaction so far so that is good.

found the place on yelp where it has pretty good reviews, but im not sure if i will come back as the place also did not seem the most sanitary
