Review of Gold Bowl Chinese Restaurant

I have been dining at Gold Bowl for a long time because they do not use MSG which I am highly allergic to. I just recently discovered I am sensitive to Gluten which makes Eating Chinese food challenging unless I order steamed chicken, veg and rice. Let's face it that's really boring when everyone else is eating General Tso's. Today when I visited Gold Bowl they were very accommodating to my request for Gluten free meals. I was able to get a chicken and broccoli with white sauce and white "fried" rice. Both were delicious! Highly recommend
