They have a dedicated fryer but also a big warning about cross contamination. I decided to risk it and so far I’m okay. I will say my server did not seem to know anything about celiac and did not inspire confidence. I’d ask to talk to the chef.
Update: their menu is wrong! The mushroom nugget appetizer has gluten. On my receipt it said dedicated fryer so the fryer may be contaminated too.
Definitely don’t eat their baked goods. The chef said her celiac friend was fine for one bite but not fine after a whole piece.
