Review of Golden Deli Restaurant

Best pho in SGV!! The line is always out the door. But as we know Vietnamese Food can be tricky.

I have eaten vermicelli noodles without the meat and the pho here. I have spoken with the staff, they seem moderately knowledgable about gluten. They said there is no soy sauce added in the pho, pho noodles are gf, and to not get the grilled meat which has soy sauce.

I have NSGS, It is difficult to know when I have eaten contaminated food unless it is a large exposure. I thought I would put this place on the site and see what other people think. I feel pretty safe eating here and the food is Bomb!!
