I love the owner of this establishment I always let him pick out my food and he does a good job and he knows how to make sushi rolls gluten-free

The food was greasy and bland, afterwords me and my roommates were concerned we were going to get sick. They had sushi and I had Mongolian beef. The waitress had to keep asking if things could be made gluten free. The waitress was very nice but the food tasted off and was not a great experience.

When I asked the manager what was GF he pointed out several rolls, upon eating them all of which ended up having imitation crab which generally has wheat. When I told the waitress the manager came and yelled at me and argued that crab doesn't have wheat. I left in tears..not only did I have a piece in my mouth before I realized it had crab but then to be yelled at was a horrifying experience.

I ordered a rainbow roll and fried rice. Both times I’ve talked to different people they’ve been able to list gluten-free sushi rolls and suggestions for making other items gluten free. They also have a soy sauce alternative

I was nervous to try this, I’m newly diagnosed celiac. But the employee (not sure if it was the owner?) knew exactly what I needed when I told him I had a gluten allergy. My own soy sauce, he knew which sushi was good, the ham fried rice was gluten free. Very good.

Very good about cross contamination. Sushi is great!
They understand that cross contamination is a concern. There isn't a gluten free menu, but they can make anything gluten free that isn't fried, since they only have one fryer.
