Server was not knowledgeable about Celiac but pretended to be. Was very insistent that chips in shared fryer was ok for celiac. That the heat in the fryer destroyed any gluten contamination 🤦‍♀. According to him , this is how they’ve always done it and it’s ok for celiac. This did not leave us feeling comfortable for the rest of the meal.

One of my go-to places in town. I’ve ordered several items here before and have never been sick. I’ve had the pork chop, Korean beef bowl, apricot salad and a Rueben with gf bread and all were very good.

My waitress went out of her way to ensure my flank steak salad 🥗 which was phenomenal, was safe to eat! She even walked back to the chef and told him that I haven’t been sick in our town and they needed to keep the trend going!
