We stopped in for an afternoon glass of wine and to my surprise they had gluten free options. I was even brought delicious gluten free bread. We only had the meat and cheese appetizer, however the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The views were great overlooking the canal. Overall a great spot!

Had an amazing time at Golden View. The menu is very seafood focused (which was a nice change of pace from a week of pasta and pizza!) My fiancée and I shared the caviar service (they have delicious gf bread) and our entrees were excellent as well. They have an amazing wine list. This was the most expensive dinner of our trip but we both felt it was worth it!

Beautiful location, delicious food, friendly service. A little pricey, but you pay for the view. Had the Sicilian octopus and a salad. Great respite from a week of pizza!

Had lunch there 2 weeks ago on our way to the Uffizi. Gorgeous view, we were seated at the window. I had a refreshing Aperol Spritz, and was brought gluten free bread. I started with a beautiful, tasty salad, followed by seafood pasta that was delicious and safe. I'm so glad we tried this place out.

The food was very good and gourmet. However, I did not like that we were charged €3.50 per person as a cover charge. They seem to understand celiac and my daughter who has celiac and is very sensitive did not get sick. Restaurant is gorgeous and the view is spectacular so that may be partly what you are paying for with the cover charge.

We visited for a few days following Christmas and this is one of the few places that is open the 26. Good service, you are fretted with complimentary prosecca upon sitting down. They offer two kinds of pasta, bread and various seafood/ meat dishes. A bit pricey but the florentine steak is well with the expenditure.
