I frequented this restaurant (emphasis on FREQUENT) before I was diagnosed with celiac, so I was extremely pleased when I learned it was celiac-friendly! Much to my surprise, they have a completely separate GF menu, and the food was served on plates that I had never seen before! It turns out they have a separate kitchen area, fryer, wok, flavorings, dishes and even separate colored takeout containers for gluten-sensitive folks! Food is delicious, staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and will navigate whatever you want. Mu shu is delicious, and served in lettuce wraps (!!), and my favorite dish is Happy Family, served in a shredded potato bowl. Enjoy! :)
