I order delivery from them and put in the notes that I’m gluten free (allergy not preference), and they call to confirm ingredients every time. This time they hand-wrote the ingredients of all the add-ins on the back of the receipt just in case they pronounced anything wrong — I didn’t ask them to do that, they are just really nice :,) I’ve been to other locations too and they’re always nice about substitutions/checking. They’re not the most knowledgeable but about what gluten is but they’re so accommodating it works out. Also their boba is my favorite in Boston :)
