I'm a very sensitive celiac and I've had the (delicious) Pho here twice with no issues. I got the chicken but there's also vegetarian or beef. The place is cute and the staff was friendly and happy to talk about allergies. The kitchen isn't GF but the Pho poses minimal cross contamination risk. You can add marrow and greens to make it extra healthy!
