Staff was familiar with celiac disease, marked everything on our order as severe cross contamination concern. I felt like I was in good hands. Nice atmosphere, food was good. Didn’t love the shaved Brussels sprouts, but liked everything else. Would return! When I went they said nothing glutinous goes in the fryer, and if something is labeled GF it’s celiac safe (though they also alert kitchen staff to take extra precautions).
Update: had been 3 times without issue, but the 4th time I was cross contaminated. I don’t blame them, I know we always take some risk when eating at a place that serves gluten. In time I could see myself trying them out again, given my previous good experiences. I may have gotten complacent and less careful.
The sous chef literally met with me to go over food safety and assess my needs. Meal was incredible and I didn’t get sick. They only have online QR menus that you usually order from so you will need to flag your wait staff member to let them know your allergies, but I was treated so well and had a delicious meal.
