Review of Good Grounds Coffee & Bistro

As a celiac I always bring my own food on the road, because there’s nothing that’s safe to eat off of I-70 going across the state of Kansas. I came across this place and reviews were promising. I stopped and got a breakfast sandwich with GF bread and it was great. Staff asked good questions, and double checked ingredients with me. I’ll remember this place on my next road trip.
