We had a super delicious lunch in great ambiance right by the big church in Hoorn, which is now a hotel. Since our daughter has celiac disease, we have to be extra careful with the preparation. This concern could take us the owner. She was very friendly and pointed out the gluten-free dishes to us. So they have a separate fryer here without gluten contamination. We will be back again.

De service was top! Ze wisten heel goed waar wel en geen gluten in zaten of wat er voor alternatief mogelijk was. Waar mijn vriendin standaard koek bij de koffie kreeg, werd mij gevraagd wat ze me kon aanbieden. Ik krijg meestal ook gewoon zo'n koekje op het schoteltje, maar hier niet! Heel fijn!! Ik vind het een aanrader!

It was great! They know what coeliac disease means. Cross contamination is verg well known. On the gf menu there is a line about a seperate fryer, clean cuttingboard and knife and not backing bread in the same oven. Toen you know what you are taling about!
