Went in for breakfast while passing through. Coffee was weak but my GF/SF plain bagel with lox was amazing and they took such care with the changing of gloves and separate toasters and such. Staff was really nice despite lots of people in line with a staff shortage. We’re planning on hitting it up again on our way back home from our road trip.

I got a GF salmon bagel to go. Things were busy inside the restaurant despite COVID-19. I told the person at the register I had celiac and needed to know if they took precautions against gluten cross contamination. She said they have a separate toaster and change their gloves. I was skeptical given the lack of back and forth and reassurance but went forward because several people reported good experiences on this app. Exactly 24 hours later I have clear symptoms of being glutened. I do not trust this restaurant and would not eat here again.

They had gluten free bagels and breads as well as dedicated toaster. Their club sandwich was fantastic. Great service and served quickly. I can’t eat eggs but they had a large variety and my husband said their quiche was very good.

Ate here this morning and did not get sick. If you tell them you have a serious allergy they will toast your bagel in a separate toaster. I got an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese and it was super bland.... I would recommend maybe getting a bagel and cream cheese instead for better flavor. Wasn’t super impressed but I appreciate they take GF seriously.

They have GF bagels (plain & cinnamon raisin) and ask if you want them to use a dedicated GF toaster even- for if it’s an allergy. I had no reactions from here (ate here 2 mornings in a row) & found the bagel sandwich delicious. I can be picky about gluten free bread taste, too. I saw another review stating the bagel was not good & I would wholeheartedly disagree.

Had the eggle bagel on gluten free plain bagel with eggs, cheese, and bacon. It was very hot, texture of the bagel was moist and not crumbly, and over all it was good. It cost $9 which felt like a lot though. The staff seemed knowledgeable and asked if it could be around other bread items (I'm not celiac, just sensitive so minor contamination doesn't affect me and I said I didn't mind if it was cut and toasted in the same area as regular breads). Only gluten free items they had were gf plain bagel, gf cinnamon sugar bagel, one kind of gf muffin, and gf bread.

To be clear, my Celiac-sufferer spouse's food was safe and my sandwich was tasty. Our orders, however, were both wrong, they failed to offer to right the wrong once we told them about it, and it's clear they missed the mark with us. Their problem appeared to be one of communication. They were just too busy to be concerned about making it right. Since they’re not the only reliable GF sandwich shop in Savannah, the fact that they made such glaring mistakes on our orders left my spouse wondering what other issues they might miss next time that might leave her meal an unsafe one for her.

I appreciate a gluten free bagel option while in Savannah! The bagel had a great texture. The eggs weren't seasoned but that is easily fixed if you're dining in. Got a sandwich to go for later and it was small and bland for the price.. a little disappointing.

Ate here 4 days in a row. Staff always asked if it was allergy or preference. When told allergy immediately took food to separate location to prepare. Have a dedicated GF toaster. It’s a quick serve type place so the person who takes your order is not who delivers the food. Each time the food delivered confirmed it was gluten free before dropping it off. Very knowledgeable staff. Had a great breakfast every day before setting out for adventures. They do sandwiches on GF bagels or bread as well but I did not try them as I was never around at lunch. Tried gf cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. And the eggel bagel (bacon egg cheese on Gf bagel) - this was my favorite! Bagel was nice and soft. Loaded with egg and bacon and Vermont white cheddar!

While I just had a gf toasted bagel, the bagel was toasted in a designated toaster, and they used parchment and gloves while handling the bagel.

Also, it was nice that the lady who took my order remembered me, and my allergy from the previous week.

Oh, and the receipt had Allergy in bold capital letters on it for my part of the order.

Delicious sandwich on Kinnickkinnick bread. No gf baked goods unfortunately, when one is staring at croissants and desserts.

Moderately fast service - order at counter then sit down with number. Comfortable, not freezing a/c.

Delicious gf sandwiches. Husband and I both had ours on gf bagels, though they had gf bread as well. We were both concerned about cross contamination as we went during the morning rush, but both felt fine afterwards. Glad we followed previous reviewer's suggestion of telling them we were sensitive to cross contamination and to have ours microwaved rather than toasted in shared toaster.
