Everything is gluten-free! All they serve are 100% masa (corn) flour gorditas, no wheat/gluten ingredients are introduced in their taco truck. I’ve had no celiac reactions/symptoms at all. I highly recommend this place as most Mexican restaurants or taco trucks do not have a dedicated area to cook on, with high chances of cross-contamination. The ONLY thing you might need to worry about is the chorizo, but you can always call and ask for the ingredients to see if that is safe or not. Great food!
