Gordo's Cantina

I have had celiac for 18 years, and have been getting slightly less symptomatic over time (though not symptomless). I have been to gordos numerous times and have never gotten sick. I usually have the quesadillas, all of which are gluten free and delicious. I assume much of the rest of the menu is gluten free as well, I just haven’t been able to not get the quesadillas each time because they’re so good. Waiters have always seemed knowledgeable and nice, and I have felt safe.
