Deli sandwiches are prepared with separate equipment and with gluten free bread at no extra charge. I felt very safe.

no options for people with celiac in my opinion. they only offer the chili but can't guarantee no cross contamination. Just watching the servers you saw potential for cross contamination.

The vegetarian soup and chili (not veg, but delicious!) are gluten free, and they've added this info to one of their signs.

At the base Lodge in the regular food court the staff were knowledgable and I could get either vegetarian or meat chili. I got the brisket chili. I was wonderful. I am a a very sensitive celiac and had no issues. They also have UDI bagels!
