GBCo is a favorite. The staff is knowledgeable about what is gluten free and subs that can be made. Pad Thai Tuesdays are the best, but the noodles can be mild, so ask for chilies and a side of sriracha if you’re feeling spicy. The barbecue sandwich on gluten free bread is tasty, although I don’t think they have a dedicated fryer for the fries. I’ve never had an issue with them, and just avoid the comeback sauce. The Brussels sprouts or cauliflower (whatever is in season) appetizers always have great flavor. They have vegan and vegetarian options, for those who might not fancy the pork-forward menu. Shashuka at brunch runs on the spicy side; be sure to ask for gf toast. They don’t carry gf beer (sometimes they have n/an Athletic Brewing Upside Dawn which is gluten reduced), but the cider is crisp, made with local apples.
