Although there is a gluten free menu...there was only a few options and no fries. Also the burger bun was very gritty and dry. Disappointed to be honest.

Very knowledgeable about cross contamination with the same oil in the fryer so if you are celiac they don't recommend the fries.

I didn't get sick which is a plus, but the gluten free burger buns are terrible and they don't do gluten free fries. The bun tastes stale, dry, and spongy. It fell apart super easily and made eating my burger extremely difficult, which is a shame because the burger and toppings were very tasty. It's just the bun that ruined it. My non-gf husband loved his burger and fries, but I left very dissatisfied. It'll work if you need somewhere to eat because it's safe, but if you're looking for a good burger experience I'd look elsewhere.

GF menu. Great burgers. Unfortunately the fries aren't GF but they have other sides that are good.

Service was slow and incompetent. Made a huge deal of recording allergies on a tablet, then got the order wrong anyway. I ordered a plain burger in a gf bun, because apparently all their relish and salad contains onion. They were unable to put a lettuce leaf and some tomato on a burger. They cannot provide gf fries. So for £9, and a 35 minute wait, I got a burger in a bun which was smaller than the palm of my hand. Utterly unimpressed.

They have a seperate glutenfree menu. The stuff is very nice. The burger was very good and so was the homeslaw.

Staff is always very nice. They have a GF menu, and the food has never hurt my stomach.

Staff super helpful and knowledgeable. Great variety of options (burgers). True that it would be perfect if the fries were gluten free but the home made coleslaw is amazing. Highly recommend!
