Restaurant did not seem to know what has gluten. They seem to play it safe but could not have anything other than steamed vegetables. Their GF menu just has two chicken dishes which I questioned given they had a garden salad and edamame among other things that were not GF. They would not even provide rice or steamed tofu. They must not have a dedicated area. So the restaurant may be safe but if you can’t eat anything, what is the point??
I haven't eaten here since my celiac diagnosis so I can't attest to the safety of the food, but I ate here once a while ago with my boyfriend (also gluten free) and know that they have some GF options. The gluten free menu (included on the regular menu) is pretty minimal with only 2 items: Scallion Ginger Chicken or Spicy Chicken (both served with white or brown rice). The gluten free items are advertised along with the "Diet Selection" items as being "for health-conscious people" so it's a little unclear to me whether they actually take their gluten free food preparation seriously or whether the offerings are just an attempt to get on board with the gluten free fad diet.
