Being British, I found the food insufficiently hot and spicy, despite having asked them to make my dish extra spicy hot, but if you are used to American style "Indian", I.e., very mild rather than hot, be sure to ask for the vindaloo, and stress that you want it HOT -- SPICY -- to avoid disappointment.
