Very knowledgeable about celiac. They don't have a separate oven for their regular pizzas, BUT instead of using wheat flour under their regular pizza crust, they use rice flour. This way there's not wheat flour floating around. He said they also cook the pizzas on wire trays. Great, caring service and Ill go back again!
