Gozen Japanese Restaurant

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and we’re seated immediately. The waitress was very nice and helpful. We asked about gluten free. She had the manager come talk to us. He assured us he would review the order and make sure the kitchen understood our allergy. We ordered sushi and fried rice. It was all delicious. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This is a pretty good Japanese restaurant for little Visalia! Although they don’t have a GF menu, they totally understand having a severe allergy. Lots of things can be made GF there, and the manager comes out to make sure that you are able to have what you ordered. Definitely very safe to eat there!

Staff was very friendly & attentive to my GF needs when ordering sushi. In fact the server brought over the manager to do a full allergy debrief to 100% assure my order was all gf and delicious. Great rolls & wonderful service! Definitely coming back 😊
