Delicious food and my experiences have always been positive. It's always frustrating when a formerly dedicated gf restaurant adds a gluten-containing menu item like wheat wraps - hence the few recent poor reviews here - but everything else is still gluten free. If you feel comfortable eating at Chipotle you will feel comfortable here, very similar setup. I have never gotten sick here.
NOT 100% gluten free as advertised. The tortillas for the wraps are made with wheat. I took a bite and could tell they weren’t GF. When I called to confirm, I was told they were gluten free, but I was still unsure. I came back to ask to see the ingredients on the package and saw the “Honey Wheat” label. I’m so disappointed as I’ve been coming here often believing there was no chance of cross contamination. Unfortunately I no longer believe this is a safe place for people with Celiac.
Love this place! Almost GF dedicated. The only item they have not GF are their flour sandwich wraps. Very knowledgeable and conscientious, friendly. No concerns here and food is so good and fresh
They claim to 100% gluten free. "Gluten Free" is even stated on the wall. I asked the waitress if everything was gluten free and she responded that it was. Then I asked what their wraps are made from. Her response was "whole wheat." The tortillas were also open on top of the rice pressure cooker. Definitely not safe.
Great tasting food and smoothies! A little over priced for the amount of food you get, but worth knowing it’s 100% gluten and dairy free! Update: now that they offer wraps I have not been back and do not plan to. It’s too bad because it was tasty while it was GF!
Juice and smoothie bar that also offers some amazing cafe foods to include breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Tons of vegan and vegetarian options. Organic coffee. EVERYTHING is gluten free except their wraps, which can be made into a rice or greens bowl instead. Very clean eating friendly. Super willing to answer questions and customize. Very fair prices. Love. This. Place!
This is no longer a dedicated gluten free facility. Without getting any sort of notice of the change, I ordered a wrap, the French Quarter, assuming the tortilla was gluten-free. It tasted particularly delicious but I didn’t think much of it. I guessed they used quinoa or buckwheat as the base. Unfortunately, after asking, and after ingesting it all, I learned it is a whole wheat wrap. Now there is nothing I can do but brave the next week with pain, distention, muscle aches, brain fog, and the whole slew of symptoms of gluten contamination.
Everything is GF except the tortillas for the wraps, which are GF but not processed in a GF facility so unsafe for celiacs due to potential cross contamination. They assured me the wraps are prepared in a separate area of the kitchen; I still ask them to change their gloves just to be safe. Food is fresh and delicious!
So I was a little disappointed today to see that they now offer whole wheat wraps. I asked when I walked if they were no longer GF. She said no we are and I immediately pointed to the sign. She said well that’s new. So I said...then you’re not longer a true Gluten Free restaurant 😢. They said they keep the shells separate, but I don’t know the protocol on when they prep, meaning is there a separate station for it...so no chance of CC?? So disappointed, food is great and I really just want a stress free experience.
very sensitive to cross contamination, so i have not eaten out at a resturant in over 5 years. saw this place was dedicated gf and decided to try. while the food isn't the greatest, it's safe for celiacs.
Gluten free facility. Therefore, the entire menu is Celiacs friendly. Some of my favorites are Moroccan Mac and Cheese and Gulf of Mexico. Menu offers quinoa bowls, salads, mac and cheese, smoothies, and breakfast bowls and wraps ( wrapped in collard green leafs ).
I love that the menu is 100% gluten-free, and we order takeout from here all the time. However, after getting glutened here a few times, I cannot eat in the restaurant. I think that people are bringing in donuts from the attached Dunkin' Donuts and are eating them at the tables. I just wish the staff would enforce a "no outside food" policy.
Totally gluten free place! Lots of healthy options but they have steak, shrimp and many choices. Smoothies, salads, bowls, breakfast hash. I had the quinoa noodles with shrimp, veggies and miso ginger sauce and it was delicious!
The whole menu is gluten free and the entire facility is gluten free. No chance of cross contamination. I loved all of the Grabba Grain meals here - tried 4 and loved all of them. Really great place!
