Review of Grace Su's China Gorge Restaurant

They told me they could make the fried rice gluten free but when I went to pick up my order they told me “it just has a little bit of gluten in it from the pork that is marinated in soy sauce”. They clearly don’t know how celiac disease works and thank god they said that before I took it home to eat it.

I was not able to actually eat here because the food they told me they could make gluten free actually wasn’t gluten free. They seem to think that if it “just has a little gluten from the soy sauce” then it’s okay.
