Good grocery store with decent gluten free options. We stocked up here for our week in Turks and Caicos. Note - pay attention to prices before you check out. We grabbed a couple frozen meals for an easy option and they were around $14 each. At that price, might as well get better tasting carry out. Shockingly though - many of the gluten free options were actually LESS expensive than they are at home in the U.S.

This is where the locals shop. Better prices overall and a good produce dept. They do have quite a few GF offerings all over the store. Don’t expect to get anything from the deli because, it’s not. Osprey vodka (made on the island) IS GF, so save yourself some cash, unless you love Tito’s.
Pleasantly surprised by amount of gluten free options at IGA supermarket! Everything from breads, pastas, dips, mixes, pizza, ice cream, etc. shelf tags well marked with GF designation. GF items about 30% more expensive than home but consistent with up charges for all imports to the island.
