Grace's is a small mom & pop, breakfast/lunch place. I took my wife there because she wanted their Eggs Benedict. I figured that I would get eggs with no toast because it seemed pretty unlikely that they'd have GF options. They not only had gluten free bread for toast, but had a dedicated GF toaster! They made adjustments when one of their regular customers had a celiac diagnosis.

This is much more than many chains would do. A small place like this with good food at low prices, and awareness of customer needs deserves the business.
