Amazing dinner. A true dining experience. The most exciting thing was the treated me with respect and wanted to accommodate me as a person with Celiac. Before our visit they called me to tell me how they handle the gluten free process. Also, their bakery's head Baker has Celiac disease. The gluten free bread was so good. The chef said that no sauce or soup is ever thickened with flour. Loved it. A final note is that our head waiter Stephen was the best. His wine pairings were unbelievably spot on.
