Staff was very knowledgeable, many items marked as gluten free!

The staff was friendly and the menu has quite a few vegan and GF options. Unfortunately none of their sandwiches are listed as gluten free but the staff was willing to make without the bun. Jury is still out on food prep as we were literally the only people in the place and the cook handled only my food. Cautiously optimistic. Food is very tasty!
