Horrible, they do not mark anything. Noone seams to know if you ask. Spent the day at the hospital and got back past dinner. I hadn't eaten all day, we called room service and they said they could NOt alter anything on the menue to make it gluten free. They said they were not allowed to make anything different than how it came on the menue to accommodate.

Just came back from a weeks vacation and didn't have any issues.... The restaurants have a gluten notice on the menu and if you tell them will make sure to alter the dishes accordingly even at the Japanese grill....ate lots of salads, chicken, shrimps, fish.... Didn't feel deprived at all....except of course when I looked at the amazing breads and pastries but then again was happy when I came back and stepped on the scale ;)
