This is one of the sister restaurants of the Union Joint chains. The menu is clearly marked and the cooks and staff are well-aware of gluten issues. Their tortilla chips are made off-site in a gluten free facility. Their spices are gf, as well, most of their tacos are already gf, and they even have gf donuts and other gf desserts to enjoy. It was one of those restaurants where I struggled to decide because I had so many choices. Delicious!
We have eaten here twice during soft opening. Most of menu of is GF. Actually mark things with gluten. And amazing GF donuts!
