Gran-View on the River Ogdensburg, New York

I stayed at this Grand View Inn and ate dinner at the restaurant both nights. I am celiac and had no issues with my steak, potato and veggies. The staff was amazing and wrote on the tickets allergies change gloves and I firmly believe they took every step to make sure I was safe. They also told me the wedding buffet was a bad idea even if some things were GF because of cross contamination, so they clearly were knowledgeable of Celiac. Enjoy the views of the water and have a very tasty safe meal!

I called to verify if the kitchen was set up to prevent cross contamination and if the fryer was dedicated. The person on the phone had no idea other then that gluten free food items are avaialable. Not sure how safe this is with the lack of knoweldge on the front end.

Wait staff is very knowledgeable as is the kitchen staff. Gluten free food is prepared separately. Dedicated frying for French fries.
