Grand Elk Grille

I got the Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna. They were very accommodating with my Celiacs and the chef said that it was Celiac safe. It was a little cold but i’m not sure if that’s how the tunas supposed to be or not. I did feel a little bloated after and really hot. I’m not sure if it’s because there was gluten in it or if My body just isn’t reacting well to it.
