Review of Grand Hotel

Left the Grand Hotel today. It was my first vacation after celiac diagnosis. I was really worried about eating. Told to speak with concierge upon arrival. They helped me navigate their menus, explained that their kitchen has separate GF prep and cooking spaces, and left me with written instructions for my server to hand deliver to the chef. I was so relieved! And, I did not get sick eating there! Yay!
