Review of Grand Hotel

Stayed at the Grand and ate breakfast in the main dining room as it was included with our room. The omlettes and the egg breakfast are marked gf on the main menu and come with potatoes. Double checked about the potatoes anyway after server brought them out. He double checked with the kitchen who informed him that the oil is not gf (I assume meaning shared oil??) despite this dish with no modifications being MARKED gf on the menu. Either the server was misinformed or they’re marking gf with knowing cross contamination. Either way, makes you feel unsafe.
