Clarification: ZERO STARS. When attempting to place an order by phone, I was stunned by the response I received when I asked which pizzas were gluten free. The manager/son of the owner/15 year employee, Nick, told me the only thing GF in their restaurant was the GF pizza crust. When I pushed for more clarification, I was told their pizza sauces and ingredients are far too complex to figure out which are GF or not. He reiterated, however, that "we DO have a GF crust." Sorry, but a GF crust does not a GF pizza make. To advertise it as such is completely inappropriate. I strongly recommend not rolling the dice here if you have celiac disease. Sensitive? OK. But CD? Not a chance.
No
GRPD used to bake their GF pizzas in this little weird tin tray for some reason - it always created a chewy and soggy crust. They have since stopped that and the GF pizza could not be better!! It is a little pricey but the pizza is DELICIOUS so I really can't complain!
Yes
Gluten free pizza crust was not great, rather soggy.
The Gluten Free pizza is only available in a 12" thin crust. Pizza is pretty awesome! I was a bit dubious about GF pizza, but I love pizza! It's a little pricey, we paid $30 for 2 12" pizzas and a salad (that was pretty average), but I will definitely get the pizza again!
