First let me say that the waitress never smiled and never introduced herself. She was not extremely helpful and seemed upset that we didn’t order drinks. The food…. Was over salted to the point that it was difficult to eat. The best thing about my plate were the sauted mushrooms. The salmon was over done and coated in a crispy layer of salt. The wild rice had no seasoning. The garlic butter sauce was just buttery and I tasted no garlic. My sister got a pork chop that was underdone and the gravy was too salty to eat. The mashed potatoes were inedible due to the salt. She said her mushrooms were undercooked. I love salt but that was the only spice they used. Didn’t even use pepper. We spent $16 on three avg sized scallops that were crusted with course salt and also difficult to eat. Don’t waste your money. Oh, but the GF options are starred on a paper menu so that was nice.

The atmosphere and service was amazing. We loved the live music! The food was rather bland. Their house Cabernet was perfection though. I don’t think they use seasonings whatsoever. I ordered the salmon and my husband had the hawg chop. It was not worth $130 for two people though. We will gladly drop that when the food is on point, but it was slightly disappointing. Our waiter was VERY knowledgeable about gluten and the restaurant offered many gluten free options.
Absolutely delicious food!! Open for dinner only and maybe brunch occasionally? But the chef knows his business and we reap the benefits. The salmon was perfect as well as the walleye. They also offer gf chocolate cake if you can fit dessert after. I haven’t been sick once and we’ve eaten there 2 nights in a row!!
