Had the lobster Benedict with a GF bun. (Rice and tapioca flour buns). The potatoes are fried first in a shared fryer before baking and seasoning, so subbed in a salad. They have Tito’s vodka (corn) but after checking, thier Bloody Mary mix had gluten in it (😔) but nice options for other drinks if you ask. I recommend asking questions about ingredients and cross contamination as things aren’t marked, but the staff is really helpful and checks with the kitchen. Good experience! (Wheat, oat, barley, rye, malt, quinoa, peanut, hazelnut allergies, onion and sorghum intolerance).
