A lovely farm outside of Medellin where the owner and chef, Marta, can cook incredible GF food. She understood the importance of changing the cutting boards and using all GF ingredients. Most of the ingredients come from her farm, which you can tour. Sit outside in her lovely home and learn to cook or get a demonstration. Our meal was all gf: potato empanadas cooked in fresh oil, then vegetable spring rolls in a tamarind sauce, then chicken stuffed with spinach and other fresh goodness, cauliflower with a light cheese sauce and a salad with tomato, mango, and more! Dessert was homemade vanilla ice cream (the vanilla grows here) with a berry sauce and absolutely delicious (vegan) spinach Brownies! So moist and tasty! We highly recommend this gem. Relaxing and delicious, and Marta is a lovely host!!
