Grata is the place to go. They don't have a fryer so everything is baked in an oven. This was the first time in a year that I was able to have fries at a restaurant!!! Talk about refreshing. Just make sure NOT to have the bbq ranch with it . They use hidden valley which is fine,but then they add spices and Worcestershire sauce (not gf). Their wings are not breaded and and all sauces are gluten free! They have mild, mild bbq, spicy bbq, sweet chili sauce. I really recommend the sweet chili sauce. They offer Angry Orchard too! Trust me, this is the place to go. I have recommended that they contract with Eazy Eatz to get gluten free buns for their sliders. Hopefully that happens!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
