Enjoyed a couple of great lattes here! The owner was very responsive to my questions. They get their beans raw and roast them in a dedicated space in-house. They cleaned the foamer with a clean cloth and got out a new steamer when I told them I had “a gluten allergy.”. They do bake in the main space so there is possible cross-contact. They sell individually packaged certified GF breakfast cookies by Goodie Girl too! Folks are nice too, and you can look at/shop for all the amazing local art at Trox which is in the same space!
