Graze suddenly popped up on FindMe a few weeks ago after years of no dedicated GF restaurant in Nevada. Called twice to ask if it was dedicated gluten free, I was assured it was, saw the “dedicated” logo on FindMe, got very excited. Went in after Thanksgiving, confirmed with waitress that everything on the menu was gluten free, she said “yes”, I ordered the Mediterranean burger…chef comes out, asks who is gf and says “that comes with a wheat bun”…after a long, frightening conversation it turns out that due to “negative connotation” (cool thanks) and prices, they decided to go back to non-gf. The chef was really nice but he was clueless about gf (did not know flour could be airborne and contaminate other surfaces and foods) which scares me as he was cooking when it “went dedicated”. The lack of communication with the staff was appalling. I wouldn’t trust this place AT ALL, even with the gf options they have.
Frankly I don’t think they gave the Las Vegas celiac/ncgs community a chance to find this place and even so, after talking with the chef, I don’t know if it would have been celiac safe after what he told me.

No longer gluten free but "Mediterranean." I'm glad I asked because it was still dedicated GF a week ago, and I ordered something with a pita! I would have devoured it, and it would have been a medical crisis.

UPDATE 11/28/2023: This restaurant is no longer dedicated gluten free due to food costs and negative connotation of "gluten free."
This is the first dedicated gluten free restaurant in Las Vegas. The entire menu is gluten free as well as vegan. (No longer dedicated gluten free as of 11/28/2023)
I ordered the Cobb salad and golden fries. My husband ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich. The salad was one of the best I've had. The fries were the crispiest and most delicious I've had in Vegas even before diagnosis. My husband liked his sandwich, but said he should have gotten a side of salsa to go with it. He is not gluten free and is not used to the dry gluten free bread. I got a few of the desserts to go and haven't tried them yet, so I don't know if they are good, but they looked tasty.
The staff was friendly and service was good. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing and I can't wait to try more items off the menu!

We loved this place and went here twice over the weekend, once for dinner then for brunch. The food was fresh, very tasty and they have multiple selections. Dedicated GF and Vegan! The staff were great and the customers clearly come often and love it. We marked it as a favorite and will be back for sure!
