I was hesitant to eat here for a birthday dinner, but they were very confident when I asked. I even verified about the pasta being cooked in the same water. He said my meal would be in its own water and mixed in its own pan. He suggested the GF Linguini and he could substitute into most dishes. I got a Linguini Marco anyway and it was so good. They don’t have GF bread. But I did an appetizer, meal and 3 different desserts that were gluten free and no issues! We were celebrating with a large group, so got a bunch of desserts! Would definitely go again.

The food is great but the GF pasta is cooked in the same water as regular pasta. It’s not safe for people with celiacs

This place is the real deal. I think she said their gluten free pasta is made in house. The pasta was fresh and had great texture. Some of the best food I've ever had, even since before I was diagnosed with celiac! Light cross contamination is almost inevitable at this place, so keep that in mind if you have a really low tolerance to things like that- otherwise you need to eat here.
