Manager was annoyed that I inquired about GF items. She said there was really no such thing as GF baked goods. At first refused to believe her business was listed. When shown the listing, she said this was a 'bad app'.

They do not have gluten free options and they make it seem like the end of the world if you try to order a sandwich without the bread. I am not ciliac so I can usually order like that and be fine but the last few times I've been in there they roll their eyes and slam my food around making it quite obvious I'm ruining their day. They charge the same price for a cup of tuna salad as they do for a full sandwich which is SO not worth it. If you really want a sandwich go to a little further down Mass Ave and Avenue Deli has GF bread and very friendly staff.
Lexington, MA had no gluten free items.

Great Harvest Bread Co. has excellent GF breads and muffins and their locations! The staff is wonderful and all of their products are usually baked fresh the same day!
This guy was so rude. I walked in and said.. I see you have a sign up for gluten free... and he says "are you celiac?" I said "yes..." proceeds with dirty, mean look and shakes head no.
Um... please don't have a movie sized poster in your window about gluten free if you don't offer gluten free items that are safe to eat. Rude.

Call ahead otherwise plan on it being a wasted drive. Purchased soda bread, shortcake and biscotti because that is all the had. The bread was lacking in flavor. The short cake and biscotti were definitely better.
Edit: They had regular shortbread mixed in with gluten free items. Didn’t discover until I got sick from it. My fault for not reading label but had grabbed from the gluten free shelf.
Went in as there are giant signs saying that they have gluten free bread and pastries in the front windows. I picked out a small tea cake ($7) and as I hand my card to the register worker, he asks if I’m celiac. I reply that I’m gluten intolerant. He says basically that there is flour everywhere and cross contamination is probable. I asked if the ingredients were gluten free and he replied with yes, but stuff happens. So I leave with the bread since I had already paid for it, and I am not great with social stuff. I guess I should have just canceled the transaction. I had a small piece with coffee this morning, and it doesn’t taste good enough to risk the gluten possibility so I’m not going to eat more and can’t properly assess the contamination this one time. It’s super sweet and strange tasting. But, you all should know that they don’t stand by their gluten free products being anywhere near gluten free, and anyone on this app for gluten making them sick and not just a trend diet should probably avoid. Why they have a huge sign in the window advertising their gluten free bread is a mystery.

When I called, they said that their bread is gluten free but not celiac safe.
