1NOT GLUTEN FREE AT ALL. Spoke with one of the managers or owners, not sure. She told me that they mill their own wheat in the building so gluten is even in the air. She straight up told me I should not be in the building if I do have Celiac. This is why they say gluten less not gluten free. I was disappointed butC1 really appreciate her honesty.
