Great Harvest Orlando Bakery & Café

Delicious breakfast sandwich made with a gluten free biscuit. It was very filling. Fair price. We also had a Loaded Bacon Sandwich. Lovely interior.

I was told that they make wheat bread on premises. I agreed to go ahead with my order. I did not get sick.

Knowledgeable and very helpful staff! Great food! They do make their own wheat flour in the bakery so there is risk of airborne cross contamination. They prepare everything separately. Food was great! I got a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, blueberry muffin, and lemon poppyseed scone! None of it was super dry.

This gem of a Cafe has the best breakfast sandwich in town. I order the “Classic” on their cheesy bread and the Iced Chai with Almond milk. Their assorted cookies and gf bakery goods are also exceptional. Since finding this place I have been back every morning to start my day!

Options, but be careful. They told me the spreads on the sandwiches and avocados are cross contaminated. They don’t have separate ones from the gluten bread. Also they use the same bread slicer for all breads.

Great GF biscuits!! My daughter loved the GF veggie sandwich on GF biscuit. I had the egg/cheese on GF biscuit. The GF muffins are also delicious! My daughter had no symptoms at all! Highly recommend.

Got the gluten-x grilled cheese, it was amazing!! The bread didn’t have a weird texture or flavor to it (no nut flour in their gluten free breads!) and it was a decent size! They charge an extra $2 for “specialty bread”, so the grilled cheese was $8 before tax and tip.

I had the grilled cheese and bacon sandwich on GF bread. They also have GF biscuits and some baked goods. They are careful with GF sandwich making (change gloves, clean area). I would recommend! Nice location on corner of city block.

Wow this place is amazing, super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious GF options. Coffee is wonderful and lovely ambiance. I found them by happy accident today and stopped in for lunch. The food is all fresh, first Cuban sandwich in years and quality of each ingredient was top notch, I had a muffin with my coffee. So many items I wanted to try so I will definitely have to come back. They are a bakery who also use wheat flour but they are very aware of cross contamination and the person who took my order was very informed on standards. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious!!! I went and had one of their hot sandwiches on gf bread- the bread didn’t crumble, was fairly soft and moist for gf bread!! I just HAD to go back this morning and tried out one of their breakfast sandwiches on their gf biscuit, which was AMAZING!!! They have absolutely delicious gf pastries as well, very lovely staff that are knowledgeable. I did not get sick either!!

My wife and I stayed in Orlando overnight and used the Find Me gluten-free app in the morning to locate Great Harvest Bakery Cafe. Not only was the coffee delicious, but the baked goods were outstanding too. You have to try the cinnamon biscuit.

Found this on the Find Me Gluten Free app when in the area. While it's not a dedicated facility they offer bread and biscuits gf, wipe things down and change gloves.

The simple bacon, egg & cheese with their garlic herb spread on their gf biscuit was seriously one of the best breakfast biscuit sandwiches I've had in years. A lot of gf biscuits and bread either fall apart or are super hard. Everything on this sandwich just worked and the spread was like icing on a cake. Sandwich was so good I went back 2 days later for round 2!

They have non-gluten free breads as well of course as their main items. All breads are made in house. My husband enjoyed his avocado toast with egg as well (although he regretted not ordering the same thing as me).

Location does have street parking that's metered, you have to pay online for 1 hour increments. This is more available during the week. Not a super hectic block though for anyone not experienced with the area.

Fresh out of the oven gfree bread. I ordered a breakfast sandwich made on a gfree soft biscuit with bacon, egg, and cheese and added on avocado and tomato. They have great bakery items clearly marked gluten-free. And there’s also vegan options. 100% will come back. Check out my pictures!

Incredible bread and peanut butter cookies! Great brownie, but a touch sweet. Brilliant customer service! Amazing coffee! Happy Eating!

Took a chance eating here even though the girl at the register warned me about cross contamination and unfortunately was very sick the last day of my trip here in Orlando. If you only have a gluten sensitivity you might be fine but if you are celiac like me you are definitely taking a chance. I wouldn’t rave about the food regardless because it was nothing special in my opinion or worth getting sick for.
